Harry Potter and Unitarian Universalism is our guide. Our class is a regimen of Dumbledore\u2019s army, and we fight Horcruxes, the many battles of social injustice. This Sunday\u2019s lesson at Hogwarts is called\u00a0\u201cDouble Potions.\u201d\u00a0We will look at examples of potions where ingredients mix and where they don\u2019t mix, a sad metaphor for how certain groups of people are conditioned to avoid each other. We will work hard to ignore our stereotypical impulses and allow objects to infiltrate our magical barriers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
