The mission of the Mercy Learning Center (MLC) Social Action Committee is to raise the visibility of MLC within the church community and to provide avenues for the congregation to support this worthy organization.
Mercy Learning Center is a women’s literacy center that endeavors to break the cycle of under-education and poverty in a compassionate and holistic environment. Mercy provides education for more than 850 women and 160 of their infant to pre-K children, along with numerous support services.
