We Gather, We Connect, We Care

Just what is this Neighborhood Circles thing all about?

The core of the UCW Neighborhood Circles is connectivity, community and care. The identification of people within geographical lines is an attempt to create a sense of village.

Many of us may be separate from our families. At times we may feel we are in a disconnected world.

When we take the time to know one another and to be known by one another, isolation diminishes and connectivity increases. It feels good to be known and recognized for who we are.

TUCW Neighborhood Circles  is all about connecting as neighbors. Connections may include social gatherings or neighborhood social action, a pot luck, a nature walk, a time to sit and get to know one another. Neighborhood Circle Members often lend support during times of need. Neighborhood Circles is an invitation to join an enhanced journey of connectivity, community and care that continues with you.

If you are interested in being connected to a circle in your neighborhood, learning more about Neighborhood Circles  or would like to host a circle event, please contact  Shari Brennan, Team Facilitator. Stop by our table in Foyer on March 19th.
